For the last 19 years Star Tech has offered an affordable alternative to the main dealer for Mercedes, BMW, Jaguar, Mini and Smart owners in Poole, with a high level of personal service and technical expertise.
After looking after our customer’s EVs for the last 5 years we decided to set up a dedicated EV service centre covering all brands of car to support existing EV owners and anyone looking to switch to an electric car.
We're always striving to be the best. All the technicians that work on EVs are IMI TechSafe certified, so you can rest assured they're qualified to work on your vehicle. We also pride ourselves on the high level of personal service we provide to our customers.

At Star Tech EV we feel that customer service is just as important as technical expertise. Our dedicated Service Advisers will look after you in our comfortable reception waiting area with complimentary wi-fi, tea and coffee.

To help minimise the disruption to your life whilst your EV is in our care we offer a range of benefits including a selection of manual and automatic ‘Smart For Four’ loan cars, a free collection and delivery service to/from home or work locally and a complimentary mini valet.
